CLAIMS
At HayyaNow, we take the utmost care in handling your garments.However, in the rare event of a loss or damage, we are committed to resolving the issue fairly and transparently.1. Reporting an Issue- Any claim regarding lost or damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- You may contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email, and provide:
- A photo (if damaged)
- Description of the item
- Order reference or pickup date2. Investigation Process- We will investigate the claim thoroughly, including checking internal records, CCTV (if applicable), and speaking to our staff.
- The process may take up to 5 business days.3. ResolutionIf we are found to be at fault, we will offer one of the following:- Repair of the damaged item (if feasible)
- Replacement with a similar item (up to a set value)
- Compensation, based on the item's current value (max compensation per item: QAR 100 unless otherwise declared at pickup)4. ExclusionsWe cannot be held responsible for:- Items with no care labels
- Pre-existing damage or wear
- Color bleeding from non-colorfast garments
- Items left inside clothing (e.g., pens, keys, money)5. Valuables & Special ItemsPlease avoid sending irreplaceable or high-value garments unless you notify us in advance.
Items worth more than QAR 200 must be declared at pickup to be eligible for full coverage.
